REGISTRATION
Entry fee: $25 per person, $45 per family (maximum 4), $10 each additional
member.
T-SHIRTS
T-Shirts will be given
to participants who register before June 30, 2011. They may be picked up at the
event until 11:55 p.m.
PACKET PICKUP
Race-night registration and
packet pickup are from 10:30 to 11:30 p.m. at Junction City.
BRING THE
FAMILY
Choose 5-mile or 10-mile course and ride at your own pace. Food and
fun for the whole family.
POLICE ESCORT
AND ROAD
DIRECTORS
Road Directors will assist and direct riders along the route.
The ride will have a police escort.
BREAKFAST
The Butcher's Block will serve a free breakfast buffet after the event.
Seating will be on a first come, first-served basis. Immediate seating may
not be available.
PRIZES
The two participants who collect the most donations for St. Jude will win one of two bikes. Fill out the sponsorship form (found within the registration form) and return with donations on event day. If needed, use additional paper.
Bicycle headlights will be given away to the first 40
participants to arrive at registration on
July 9.
HEALTH &
SAFETY
For your safety and the safety of
others, all participants must follow these rules:
1. Wear your helmet. No exceptions.
2.
No iPods or headsets.
3.
Leave adequate space between yourself and other riders.
4.
Stay between police escorts.
5.
Pass on the left, announcing your approach.
6.
Participants under 18 must have parent or guardian signature.
7.
Obey police escorts; you may have to stop.
8.
No alcohol permitted.
9.
Participants under 13 must have parent or guardian escort at all times.
10.
Headlights are extremely recommended. It will be dark.
